New Hi-desertdog AR15 M4 carbine barrel, 16" long with 1 in 9 twist, locking collar installed, threaded 1/2x28 muzzle, cut for grenade launcher and lightweight Government issue profile.  Better than mil-spec parkerised, tactical matte black exterior finish and full chrome lined bore and chamber.   These are cut with a 556nato chamber and then we have them chrome lined which makes them slightly tighter resulting in accuracy with reliability. These outlast non chromed barrels and shoot better for longer. The chrome bore and chamber has less friction which improves projectile velocity, case extraction and less heat generated per shot. Gas hole is drilled etc, ready for gas block and accessories. We looked at all the different ways of building these, decided to build them as we would like on our own carbines and not the cheapest way to do it.  We also have these in 1in7 twist, click here.
